    Description

    Thank you for viewing my listing. For your consideration I have this 1928 United States legal tender note with a red seal. This note has been graded by PCGS Banknote Grading with a grade of VF 25. The note is circulated but it is without any pinholes, stains or writing. There is one very,very minor tear, right side near the bottom. The issue with this note is it's dirty from it's time in circulation. Please excuse my lack of photography skills, the glare, shadows and blurriness.
