Katherine Grey is a native Boise printmaker who is known for her depictions of the landscape and animals of Idaho and the Pacific Coast. Each unique design is hand carved onto materials such as wood or linoleum. The resulting plates are then hand printed. Trained in printmaking at Wellesley College in Massachusetts, her images elicit the essence of her subjects with simple lines and strong contrast made possible by this unique medium.
These are 5 handmade Christmas cards based on my linocut Bull with Wreath design. They are on your choice of high quality turquoise paper with a red border, red paper with a green border, red paper with a turquoise border, or an assortment of all three. The inside of these cards are blank, perfect for any occasion or correspondence.
