5 Handmade Llama Christmas Cards on Red and Green
Katherine Grey is a native Boise printmaker who is known for her depictions of the landscape and animals of Idaho and the Pacific Coast. Each unique design is hand carved onto materials such as wood or linoleum. The resulting plates are then hand printed. Trained in printmaking at Wellesley College in Massachusetts, her images elicit the essence of her subjects with simple lines and strong contrast made possible by this unique medium.
These are 5 handmade note cards based on my linocut llama and holly design and are on your choice of green paper with a red border, red paper with a green border, or an assortment of both. This sweet llama with a sprig of holly tucked behind its ear would be perfect for all your holiday corespondence. The inside of these cards are blank.
