Description

This heat transfer block is meant to be used with Chemglass microscale glassware components rather than heating by sand bath. This block appears to be uncoated, unlike the current MW-114 model. The block (3 x 3 x 3/4 in) contains holes of four sizes:
• MW-80 reaction vial
• 13 mm hole, useful for heating 13x100 mm test tubes
• Four (4) for heating the lower portion of the MW-74 Craig recrystallization tubes, placed close together to minimize spillage during transfers
• MW-110 thermometer.
