How To Use?
1. Apply BASE to the entire nail.
2. Dipped into desired color and tap off excess powder. Repeat steps 1 to 2.
3. Apply ACTIVATOR and air dry. File, shape and buff. Liberally apply ACTIVATOR again and air dry.
4. Apply TOP with quick, thin strokes and air dry. Apply TOP again and air dry for 2 minutes.
