    It is new. Not used. Amazon return. No tooling marks. never been used. Open box.
    You will need to buy a 10 ton (no higher) hand hydraulic pump.  Any 10 ton auto body pump (like porta-power) will work.
    Check your local offer up for cheap used ones. Or a new one here on ebay. Dab Press even sells pumps on their website and they are actually pretty reasonable.
