This clamshell heat press machine could transfer photos, words on cotton, fiber, metal, ceramic, glass and so on, suitable for producing gift, advertisement and so on.
It can be able to apply transfers, letters, numbers and images onto T-shirts, garments, bags, mouse mats, jigsaw puzzles, ceramic tiles,plates and other flat surfaced items.
The digital timer control is adjustable up to 499 seconds. The heat press machine also features a digital temperature gauge ranging from 0 - 399°C (up to 750°F）. Keeping pressing the button "SET" for a while can switch Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature back and forth.
The manual open and close handle is easy to operate and can be adjusted with the pressure knob at the rear of the machine.

1. Be careful of the hot heating surface.
2. Please make sure the heating temperature and transfer time are correct.
3. In order to extend the service life of this machine, please turn the machine off for 15 minutes after using it continuously for 4 hours.
4. You may refer to Suggested Time and Temperature chart to determine the suitable temperature and time according to the material.
5. Each time you put through power supply and turn power switch on, the heat plate will take some time to warm up to reach the target temperature. Warm-up time is about 10-20 minutes (to reach 360°F/ 180°C) for the first press.
6. Please don't set the temperature to more than 480°F/ 250°C or it will shorten the service life of the machine.

Trouble shooting for transfer print quality
1. The Clamshell can't open
: Please Release the pressure knob, then use the handle to open it. or start the machine, the heat will soon be ok to open the clamshell!
2. The Color is lighter
: The temperature is too low; or the pressure is not even; or the time is too short.
3. The Image is indistinct
: The time is too long which led to ink diffusion.
4. The Image has no luster
: The pressure is too high; or the temperature is too high.
5. Part of design is indistinct
: Heat printing zone or the heating is not even.
6. Scar on image
: Heat printing time is too long.
7. Depth of color is not the same
: Pressure not even or the coating is not even.
8. Paper stick to the object
: The temperature is too high; or the coating of the object is not good.
9. Buzzing Ceaselessly
: pls check the temperature too high, voltage wrong, or enter the “SET” button.
