    Description

    VTG 1933 Madeira wine bottle w/label, but no longer sealed.  No wine.
    This was given to my grandfather when he arrived back in Washington, DC after serving in the Phillippine Islands 1930-1933.
    The front label has some damage...discoloration and a torn right corner, but is a fun part of history.
    The label at the neck of the bottle says W.A Taylor & Co., New York.

    I have no idea why he saved it, nor do I know why I have saved it all these years.  I know nothing about wine.  As a matter of fact, I just poured out the wine as I could not sell full of wine.
    Please look VERY carefully at photos so there are no surprises.  Cleaning out, so no returns.
